Meet Our K-9s
Bentley
Trained by NEADS World Class Service Dogs in Princeton, MA, Bentley is a 8-year old yellow lab serving as a Classroom Assistance Dog for the Mansfield Poublic Schools as the partner of SRO Ken Wright since April 2019.
Trained by NEADS World Class Service Dogs in Princeton, MA, Bentley is a 8-year old yellow lab serving as a Classroom Assistance Dog for the Mansfield Poublic Schools as the partner of SRO Ken Wright since April 2019. Bentley is certified through Assistance Dogs International. Bentley has worked with thousands of Students in Mansfield Public Schools as well as attending many community events every year.

Riggs
Riggs is an 8 year old German Shepherd/ Belgian Malinois mix from Budapest Hungary. Riggs primary function and role at Mansfield Police Dept. is patrolling with his partner on the midnight shift.
Riggs is an 8 year old German Shepherd/ Belgian Malinois mix from Budapest Hungary. Riggs primary function and role at Mansfield Police Dept. is patrolling with his partner on the midnight shift. These vital responsibilities cover tracking, apprehension, search and rescue, crowd control, as well as area and building searches. Riggs is also assigned to the Metro Regional SWAT team to assist with high risk apprehensions and perimeter responsibilities.

K9 Ronan is a dual–purpose canine certified in patrol and explosive detection and has been serving the Mansfield Police Department since 2019.
